Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates

There is an expired certificate in the BOINC clients that causes communication errors with several projects:
Amicable Numbers
climateprediction
Collatz Conjecture
GPUGRID
iThena
SiDock@home
SRBase
WUProp@home
