Correlizer was a BOINC volunteer computing project run from the BioQuant Centre at the University of Heidelberg that studied the sequential and three-dimensional organization of genomes using long-range correlation analysis of completely sequenced chromosomes. It launched in 2011 and was completed around 2015, after its workload was integrated into AlmereGrid.
