BOINC Projects Wiki Restored, Expanded, and Better Than Ever
We’re pleased to announce another major update to the BOINC Synergy website: the BOINC Projects Wiki has been improved, expanded, and returned to a true wiki format.
Previously, the wiki’s content had been converted into static pages and integrated into the main BOINC Synergy website. That transition helped us modernize the site and preserve years of valuable project information. Since then, we have continued improving the platform, and the content is now back in a dedicated wiki system that is better suited to organizing, maintaining, and expanding this growing resource.
Back to Wiki Format
Returning to a wiki format makes it easier to manage interconnected information, maintain consistent project pages, and add new material as the BOINC ecosystem evolves. It also restores the familiar wiki-style browsing experience while keeping the resource integrated with BOINC Synergy.
The updated wiki includes improvements to its organization, formatting, navigation, and overall usability. A significant amount of new information and many new pages have also been added recently, making this one of the most comprehensive updates to the resource to date.
More Pages and Updated Information
The wiki continues to grow as we review existing material and add information about BOINC projects, applications, subprojects, research areas, and related resources. Older pages are being improved where needed, while newly added pages help provide broader and more current coverage.

Your Existing Bookmarks Still Work
There is no need to update your old bookmarks. Existing wiki links and previously shared URLs will continue to resolve correctly, so links in forum posts, websites, search results, and personal bookmarks remain valid.
